If you don't have the correct size of screws, then go to your hardware store or home improvement store and buy ones that be compatible with the rest of your door lock's hardware.
Make sure that the new latch plates and deadbolt are the same size as the original ones and that they are centered over the latch hole of the door jamb. Once everything is set you can push the remaining screws in order to tighten them up. Now you can test the latch and deadbolt by using your key. If the key isn't turning then it's time to contact locksmith.
